Leonard S. Vaughan is the Administrator of the Howard County Office of Housing and Community Development, and Executive Director of the Howard County Housing Commission.

Mr. Vaughan has over twenty five years experience in residential property development and management. His most recent accomplishments include overseeing the implementation of an innovative multi-tiered housing program for Howard County which ensures those persons working or residing in the county has affordable housing opportunities. In addition, he manages the current portfolio of County, State and Federal funded properties and programs of the Commission and the county. Mr. Vaughan has had extensive experience in the public, private and charitable sectors of the residential realty business and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
